My Supersave does not update either automatically or manually

Supersafe should check for updates each day. It can take a while for this to happen if you have not had your device on for a while.

 

What device are you having issues with?

 

What is the date of the last update you received? You can check this via your dashboard on the device concerned.

 

Have you tried anything beyond clicking an update now button? Let any update run for half an hour, then check the date of last update.

 

If you can let us know the above information we can offer more advice.
