TalkTalk SS Banking Security Blocking Payment Transaction

Hello. I would like some help/advice on how to deal with the warning and then proceed with a payment.

I have just been in a right pickle setting up my car insurance which I had to finalise by a phone call.

I started on Money supermarket website going through to the insurers website. All went well until the payment stage when the warning flagged but despite pressing the allow website option nothing happened and my fiddling about resulted in loosing the insurers web page.

I don't think there are, but let me see what I can find out for you.

Thanks Ady I have done as you suggested.

Just one further question if this situation arises again when automatically changing to a payment website/page, as it was when the website page was blocked are their specific instructions on what I could or should do to allow the change and make the payment?

Thanks

Hi Giraffe, the best thing to do is to remove the software and reinstall it. It's best to use the Fsecure tool to remove the software in case of corruption.
