Toms Hardware Forums blocked by TT ?

Hello,

I am unable to access Toms Hardware Forums for days now but I can't find anyone else having an issue with that site. I have tried several different browsers and computers, but get a "Page could not be loaded" message. So, please can have a quick look and confirm if
https://forums.tomshardware.com/ is up or has been blocked by TT ?

I can access Tom's Hardware website with no problem, but not the forums. Their webserver responds saying that the forums may be unavailable. TalkTalk is not blocking access to them, as the error message is coming from Tom's Hardware.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
