I want to check Homesafe but every time I try to access my Account I get bounced back.
I was hoping that there would be some sort of Service "Home" page were any disruptions to normal Talktalk services would have this flagged but I cant locate one.
The only info I have seen is a generic message that there are problems.....
Any suggestions ?

It seemed to have been working for a while for some users this morning but now not working for me again.
I know its being looked at and guess we will have to wait for an update and try periodically as some users can still access.

Just tried with Firefox, https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/, selected login via email, received email, entered code, starts logging on, preparing account, get "preparing bill, preparing dashboard" twice and then it goes back to the login screen.
what the heck is going on????????

Just to say it's not fixed for me. Today I cannot log into My Account, either using email/password or email/verification code. It just bounces back to the login screen.
Edit: This is on both Firefox and Edge, Windows 11, no adblock.

It seems to have been fixed now. I too couldn't get in last night but can this morning as can others who tried last night and this morning.

Actually it looks like it's broken at the moment, although not specifically mentioned on the current Service Status page which refers only to "some of our systems."

Sometimes access to My Account can glitch depending on your browser settings. Turn off any ad blockers and make sure that popups and redirects are enabled. Ot try a different browser.
