2" weeks ago I tried to load prime video app onto my tv and it starts to load then stops and reverts back to freeview.All the other apps are accessable and working >Why have I lost prime video even though I continue to pay my subscrption HELP!

Which box do you have?
We have seen others with YouView boxes (DN372T or 360T) reporting this.
Amazon may have updated their app technology so it no longer works with the older boxes.
I have tried reporting this requesting the devices team contact YouView for information but to date have not heard anything back.
Do you have a smart TV? If so, have you tried logging in via the TVs app?
If you don't, you could contact customer services and request a new TV Hub box, but you will probably have to recontract to get one.
