New TV hub

Installed new TV hub but unable to access players other than iPlayer.  Checking apps in settings and only iPlayer shows.  Reinstall hub?  How?

Do you have the aerial attached as done apps need an aerial to confirm your region, such as ITVX and C4.

 

To reset the box, go to the cog icon, and factory reset is under one of the headings there
