Just become aware that I have been paying £5 per month for TV presumably ever since a past recontract, when I was assured I was renewing under the same terms as the previous contract. I do not use TalkTalkTV but there seems to be no way to cancel this "add on" in my account. They have charged me a fortune for something I never asked for. Is there some way to turn off the payments?

This is classed as a change of contract and to get it removed you will need to speak to the loyalty team as cancellations cannot be done via the forum.
