Hi! We have recentlty upgraded to Ultra fast full fibre, which is working well. However i'm unable to reconnect my Wifi wall clock to the network. The batteries needed changing, which I swapped, but it will no longer connect to our home network. It see's it OK, but won't connect. I've tried disabling 5ghz, and turning on Legacy mode, but it refuses to join. There were no issues prior to switching to full fibre. Any ideas?

Hey - yes I got it to connect in the end. It took a lot of frustrating attempts, trying various settings turned on and off. I gave up, and tried the following day, and it literally connected first attempt without any special settings

I was wondering whether you had any success with your Mondaine stop2go clock and connecting it to your Fibre with EERO. I have bought one and mine won’t connect. I have tried every idea and none work. I have done the troubleshooting options of 10 minutes running on 2.4ghz and also legacy (non WiFi 6), neither fixed it.

The only fix for me so far is to take the clock to another household that uses Vodafone partial fibre. I can get it onto their WiFi and get the clock to set up the time. I bring it home and it is working but will not connect to my TalkTalk WiFi so won’t keep updating.

I was wondering about buying a router and fitting this alongside the EERO’s but if anyone else can tell me a better fix, I would appreciate their help.

Before anyone asks, yes to reset the EERO and software. So it is not a generic fix required.

Hi MattFinnis1

Ok, have you tried powering down the eero and ONT for 5 minutes to see if it can then see/connect to your home network?

By router, do you mean the small box on the eall that the engineer installed, or the Eero master gateway?

Hi MattFinnis1

I'm sorry to hear this.  Have you tried resetting the router? (factory reset)
