Hi there

Just been on chat for an hour and going around in circles.

We are having full fibre available soon. I'm on fibre 35 plus phone package. All I want to know will I have to pay more. I realise I'll have to use the house phone via the router. My contract up for renewal in September. Not sure whether I can go on full fibre by then. Shall I stay where I am for a while or look around for some where else. Has anyone here moved to full fibre and did it cost more? Thanks

It's the usual business of checking what deals are available and usually getting the best you can by phoning up or using Chat, @norfolkdave.

Keeping the phone number won't cost extra, it's just you pay for the calls you make or use the boost that you may have used before to give you up to an hour at a time to 01, 02, 03 landlines and ordinary mobiles.

Check out the deals in the small print at the very bottom of the Talktalk sales page, where all packages are listed.
