Not receiving Tesco receipts for grocery order

I am not receiving any e-mails from Tesco's? I rang Talk Talk and rep said it was Tesco's error, however I rang Tesco's again after this, I set up a different "gmail" address and Voilà!! I am receiving my Tesco receipts to the new address.

Are you not sending other e-mails talk talk, is it just the Tesco's one how would we know?!!

Bit of a worry!

Thanks Phili I have changed e-mail and booked a slot and have just received "confirmation" of that slot from tesco's so whoo hoo it looks promising will keep you posted on next weeks actual receipt of goods, have a good day

Hi there @LizoECO the incident was closed. Have you checked by resetting to receiving the emails again on your TalkTalk email rather than the Gmail?

Ady doesn't work here anymore, so I have re-escalated this for one of the other support team members to pick up.

Thank you Ady for the update please let me know when the issue is fixed, I pay full price for my internet and home telephone with yourselves I hope I will get some sort of discount for this month long inconvenience? you also did not comment on whether any other e-mails are being withheld/lost/delayed by talk talks provider "OpenXchange" could you confirm that point raised also yours sincerely Elizabeth Osborne

Hi LizoECO, it's a TalkTalk issue. I raised an incident for it last week. The team at incidents passed it to TalkTalk's email provider OpenXchange. It seems they've still not resolved the issue.
