Not receiving emails from Tesco

Another customer here who is not receiving emails from Tesco. The odd Order Confirmation email goes into spam but I have not received emails detailing changes I have made, nor receipts for my regular weekly shop (last one received was 28th January).

I had also contacted Tesco who have advised their IT team had looked into it and the fault did not lie with their system, but with my provider.

I have the same problem with not getting weekly shopping receipts any more and I queried this with Tesco and they said it is a common fault with Talktalk customers. I have also raised this with Talktalk but not had a response yet.
