Swann CCTV No Emails Being Received

Last year we were transferred from Octopus to TalkTalk since then we have received no emails from our Swann CCTV system. We have checked the CCTV system and all okay. We have tried to send test emails, from the Swann system, but these are never received. We did have a similar issue when we were with Post Office and it was explained that the Swann CCTV system was not secure enough for the Post Office broadband so the PO system would not accept emails from Swann. This was fixed by accessing the Post Office security system and setting this to accept emails from the Swann system - then no further issues until 2024. During June 2024 I contacted TalkTalk on various occasion

Hi solonchristine, I have no access to these systems. You need to use either chat or telephone support and they should put you through to the shell team.
