Sky Glass asking for Wi-Fi when Ethernet is connected. Every time we turn on the TV its asking for Wi-FI the Ethernet is connected and I've done all I could find on these pages in the settings, this morning it asked for the PIN before we could watch the TV. Its never done that before, Is sky trying to sort the problem out and its downloading software or is the TV playing up? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hi, as this is not a TalkTalk help topic, but relates to third party equipment, I have moved this to the Lounge technology forum.
Hopefully you can get this sorted by contacting Sky, but someone may have a similar TV that can help.

You will need to contact Sky as this does not appear to be an issue with your TalkTalk service but an issue with your Sky Glass TV.
Immediate thought is to try a reset to the TV and ensure you have the latest software from Sky.
