@Debbie-TalkTalk has asked me to help you.
If I understand correctly this Wii will not connect wirelessly to the router or via an Ethernet cable to the router. Please can you give me the wireless specifications of this device, or at the very least its model number, so that I can try & find out more about it?

Hi Brian @hooperstribe1961
Ok, thanks for confirming. It would be worth powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will clear the session and start a new one.
@KeithFrench do you have any suggestions?

Hi Brian
Thanks for your reply.
Are you able to factory reset the Wii and set it up again?
on 17-01-2025 02:17 PM
HI
It's a Wii not a Switch, sorry.
Yes everything I else I have added has worked for ever. Just pulled out the Wii from thr loft! It does show other networks when I search for Wireless. I aslo hard-wired it to Wii, nothing?

Are other devices connecting ok? Does the Nintendo detect your router in the WIFI settings?
