I currently have the broadband and BUSINESS telephone on the copper wire to an Open Reach main socket. I was thinking of buying a new router "TP-Link Archer VR1210v V2" as this supports VOIP over DSL.
Q1. Are BT going to stop my analogue answer machine/telephone from working in January 2027 ?
Q2. Are open reach replacing fibre to the cabinet with fibre to the property for everyone ?
Q3. Can I set up VOIP with FTTC ?
If yes to all three questions, I would like to get VOIP working over November, my quiet period.

They may have further delays, @erwfair and just because it's an Openreach network at the moment doesn't mean it would necessarily be Openreach infrastructure for Full Fibre in the same area.
You can wait for Talktalk to spring options on you, but you might prefer to get this done when you know it suits your schedule - copper certainly will be long since gone in 20 years' time.

I have read other peoples VOIP on new fibre equipment sent from talk talk having issues, I would rather leave my phone and board band on copper for the next 20 years and not have any issues 🙂
I am using Talk Talk Fibre 38 via Open Reach FTTC and extremely happy the service here in Llanberis, am I being forced to upgrade to FTTP just to get VOIP ?
Think I will leave it as long a possible since it is not broken and works well.

The business section is completely separate from the residential part of Talktalk, @erwfair, so you would need to discuss what happens to your service with them.
But it's not that your phone ceases to work - usually it will be perfectly suitable for VOIP. It's the copper line that ceases.
You'd need to order VOIP with an order for residential full fibre, through Talktalk, and they send you their appropriate router.
They use Openreach, Cityfibre, whoever is contracted with them for your area, so you don't have a say in which infrastructure supplier does the work.
To move your phone number across you will need to contact Talktalk loyalty on 03451 720088 or Live Chat. None of this can be done on the community.
[You'd have to pay a 3rd party supplier for VOIP if using FTTC with Talktalk].
