Hi,
My contract ends this month. There was an email notifying me I don't have to do anything if I'm happy to keep the old contract, from what I understand is £23.95* per month. 
I just received an email notifying me the new bill will be £37.78, it is £23.95+Boost £13.83. But I paid  £28.95 per month for my previous contract.

How would I be happy to know that I have to pay extra £8.83 per month???

The discount on your boost has expired, call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to help with this.

Full charge for the boost is £16.00, so, if it was previously reduced, you may find that with the end of your contract pending, there's a part month adjustment as the boost discount will also end.

 

Plus you may have been affected by the April 2024 price hike in line with CPI plus 3.7%....
