DG8041W - System reset due to kernel panic, Terminal:OTHER

My router is rebooting itself multiple times a day. It is hugely disrupting.

The logs shows many entries for the following error which I believe is the cause:

[Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: System reset due to kernel panic, Terminal:OTHER

I have seen mention in other posts that a firmware update needs to be pushed to the router to fix this. Can this be done please?

Additional router details from the log file:

Manufacturer:Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd;
ProductClass:DG8041W;
HWVer:I.1.01;
SWVer:v1.05t;

Thanks
