Dropping WIFI

Hi, its been a while since I put anything on here but I can't resolve the problem , so here goes.

I have the Sagemcom 5364 router with the latest 174 software.

For some time now I have been having problems with dropping wifi. When this happens the router shows that it is connected to the internet and I can access it via my PC.

I have turned the router off and reconnected it which resolves the problem but it may only last for a few hours or a few days. I have reset the router a number of times and then have to re-enter all the details such as reserved ip's etc. This takes a while and again I don't have any problems until it gives up again. The wifi is still broadcasting but won't allow any connections.

I have come to the conclusion that I have a faulty router but if anyone has a solution I would be very obliged.

Cheers.

Hi Tom,

I think you may be right. I'll get a replacement router out to you and see if this helps.

Regards,

Karl.
