I am guaranteed 56mbps- instead i am receiving 2.5 mbps!!! Impossible to work from home and I am paying for a service I am not getting.

Hi

 

I can see that a fault has been reported and logged out to Openreach for an issue with the copper line.

 

As your broadband service shares part of the copper line, this will most likely be affecting the broadband.

 

Openreach will investigate, and as soon as they have completed their investigation or repair, we can then test your line / service to see if all is well.

If you are a Full Fibre customer, please add your FTTP reference or FTTP order Number to your profile.
