More detail is required from you please. Which sending email domains do you positively know you're not receiving? The domain is the whole of the part of the email address after the @ symbol.
And if you have been in touch with any originators of the messages sent to you because they have received a bounceback notification from TalkTalk - what did that notification say was the reason and what was the accompanying TT three digit error code e.g. TT992 for example.

Can you find out from a sender why they are being rejected? There is a current problem with some email domains where the emails they are sending to you are rejected with:-
Content rejected (TT992)
If this is the case, @Gondola has been dealing with this issue.
