Just wondering if anyone has recently successfully, changed their login password. I need to do this because I cannot remember how the account was set up - surely I'm not the only person this has ever happened to!!
By responding to text prompts, I can verify my identity and therefore should be able to change my login password. BUT, Talktalk just respond by telling me there was a "technical error" which they are working hard to resolved. Resolved is not a miskeying on my part - Talktalk are working hard to resolved this.

The next step will be to de-register My Account so you can re-register this will allow a new password to be created.

No, still the same problem. I don't think anyone is really trying to resolve this issue!! Really need to change the password today - I want visibility of my account whether with Talktalk or another ISP.
