had a discussion recently, ( 09/04 ) with someone on chat regarding a set up fee i was being charged.  chat was escalated to a supervisor. it ended with no satisfaction. he informed me that he would log it as a complaint and i would receive a call back within 72 hours.  2 weeks later i am still waiting.  getting a bit fed up with talktalk and their non existent call backs.  this is only the first part.  i will be sending another one shortly when i return home in the next couple of hours.    alex.

The admin fee was removed on the 6th April, as part of the renewal deal.
