I joined Netflix yesterday. I have two TalkTalk TV boxes. When I login to Netflix via the app, on each, I’m advised that my package doesn’t include Netflix streaming on this device or words to that effect.
Not sure what to do.

Does the Netflix access work correctly from a browser on your PC or via the phone app ?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

If your package is the basic with adverts, the boxes do not support this package.
You can either contact customer services by phone to discuss a new box but you will probably need to recontract or use something like an Amazon Firestick or Roku Stick.
