When I pre record a programme I then cannot watch the tv channel I am viewing at the same time. Also why can I not record more than 1 programme at a time.
If you have the 4K TV Box, this only has a single tuner and can only manage 1 channel at a time. If you are recording this channel, you cannot watch another.
Some customers have got around this by using an aerial splitter and watching a second channel via the TV's own tuner.
