How to post a reply

Community Manager - TT Staff

It's great to see you're thinking of posting a reply to a question or discussion in our community and you're only a moment away from posting your reply. 



  1. Make sure you've registered an account on the community and are signed in. 
  2. Click the Reply button which you'll see at the bottom of every post 
  3. Write your message.
  4. Once you're happy with it, click the Post Button 


Note: you can use some of the different features to help format your message such as bold, italic etc You can also use the community spell check tool by clicking on the "ABC" icon above your message.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
