About Wi-Fi Calling

No ratings

Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive calls even if you can’t connect to your mobile network. When you're connected to Wi-Fi, you can just dial the number you want like normal.

During these unprecedented times it's important we all work together to reduce the strain on the UK's mobile networks. If you're at home or have a Wi-Fi connection, you should look to use Wi-Fi calling wherever possible.

Benefits of Wi-Fi Calling

No App needed

Wi-Fi Calling doesn’t require an app. Once activated, dial as normal

Call as normal

Make calls from your home or if you're out. Wherever there’s Wi-Fi, you can call

One time setup

Once you've connected to a Wi-Fi network, you'll automatically connect in the future

No change to your bill

Wi-Fi calls will come out of your call allowance or billed as normal

Wi-Fi Calling isn't supported by all handsets
