About Wi-Fi Calling

Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive calls even if you can’t connect to your mobile network. When you're connected to Wi-Fi, you can just dial the number you want, just like using your landline or mobile. If you're at home or have a Wi-Fi connection, you should look to use Wi-Fi calling wherever possible.

Benefits of Wi-Fi Calling

No App needed

Wi-Fi Calling doesn’t require an app. Once activated, dial as normal.

Call as normal

Make calls from your home or if you're out. Wherever there’s Wi-Fi, you can call.

One time setup

Once you've connected to a Wi-Fi network, you'll automatically connect in the future.

No change to your bill

Wi-Fi calls will come out of your call allowance or be billed as normal.
