This calling feature is the perfect way to stop nuisance callers. You can use it to block the last number to call you, or you can enter specific numbers you’d like to bar. Whenever someone tries to call you from a blocked number, they will hear a recorded message and you won't be disturbed by the call.

Activating selective call rejection
- Login to My Account
- Choose Networks & Connections from the navigation menu then My Telephone Settings
- Tick the box next to Last Caller Barring
- Save your changes by selecting the Update button at the bottom of the page
- To get started, log into My Account
- Choose Networks & Connections from the navigation menu then My Telephone Settings
- Choose; Manage home phone Boosts
- Tick the box next to Last Caller Barring
- Save your changes by selecting the Update button at the bottom of the page
Using selective call rejection
To block the last number to call you:
- After the number you want to block has called you, hang up and then dial 1 4 2 5 8 on your phone
- Confirm that you want to block the number by dialling #01#
- The number will be confirmed and will now be blocked
To block a specific number:
- Dial 1 4 2 5 8
- Dial the # key then the number followed by the # key
- The number you’ve entered will now be blocked from calling you
To turn this service off dial 3
To remove one or more entries press * then the number then * again
To Remove all entries dial 08*
To hear all entries on the list dial 1
To hear these options repeated dial 0
To remove all anonymous entries dial 09*

Using Last Caller Barring
To block the last number to call you:
- After the number you want to block has called you, hang up and then dial 1 4 2 5 8 on your phone
- Confirm that you want to block the number by dialling * *
- The last number to call you will now be blocked
To block a specific number:
- Dial 1 4 2 5 8
- When prompted to manage your list of barred numbers, enter your PIN (default is 1 2 3 4)
- Press 2 to review your barred numbers list
- Now follow the instructions on the phone
- The number(s) you’ve entered will now be blocked from calling you
To report a number to us after you've blocked it:
After you've blocked a number, you can report it to us by pressing 1 when prompted
To change your Last Caller Barring PIN:
- Dial 1 4 2 5 8
- Immediately enter your PIN (default is 1 2 3 4)
- Select ‘Change your PIN’
- Now follow the instructions on the phone
Removing a number from your blocked caller list
- Dial 1 4 2 5 8
- Enter your PIN (default is 1 2 3 4)
- Select 2 to review your barred numbers list
- You will now hear a list of your barred numbers. To skip to the next number, press 6 and to skip back press 4
- When you hear the number you'd like to remove, press *
Turning off Last Caller Barring
When you remove Last Caller Barring, you will lose all of your previously blocked numbers.
Simply follow the steps you used to activate this feature in My Account, only this time remove the tick next to Last Caller Barring and click Update to confirm.
Forgotten your PIN?
If you've forgotten your PIN, you'll need to remove Last Caller Barring in My Account.
This will revert your PIN back to default (default is 1 2 3 4).
