I was told when I joined that i would recieve a gift card and I contacted giftcloud but they just referred me back to talk talk what should I do i have had my contract for over a year

@Connormurray06, some vouchers have a limited claim period - after so many days, and up to so many days to be valid.

 

You really do need to check Ts&Cs in your original correspondence.

Can you see if you can find any older emails on the subject to pin down the date, @Connormurray06?

 

You should also have kept the contract information from when you joined (as well as any upgrades since).

 

Even old bank statements should show your first payment to Talktalk, so if it was a just a bit over a year ago, it's not impossibly far to check back. 

 

Staff need to be given an accurate idea, or it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
