I recently renewed my Fibre 65 contract and was advised that there was currently an offer for a free Amazon Echo Dot on new contracts.
Having not received any further advice regarding this, is it possible for you to chase and arrange for one to be shipped?

Here's the Help Content link for the Amazon Echo Dot promotion.

 

Promotional links are issued by TalkTalk and sent to you by email within 7 working days after the first bill for the qualifying new contract has been paid. You then redeem that promotional link direct with Amazon via your Amazon account and Amazon will send the Echo Dot 5th gen device to you.

 

NB Offer applies from 18.04.2024 to 29.05.2024 (inclusive). Your promotional link can only be redeemed for an Echo Dot (5th generation, 2022 release). Offer is only available on selected plans, subject to a 24-month term, including for Fibre 65.

 

As the offer started just 10 days ago I'd guess you're a bit quick off the mark. When's your first new bill due for payment?
