Could someone give me a number to talk talk to a human at this company. Their app which is about as useful as a *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* flavoured lollipop designed to have pay bill as only working section as I need to know why they took a payment out of my bank account then paid it back and send a email saying I haven't paid it yet the money for the payment was in the account they took it then sent it back

That's if you are having complications with the timing of paying etc, but the usual number is 03451 720088 (as given in the previous reply) then select billing from the options.
