Returning a router

Hi. I have recently changed broadband provider and would like to return my old router. How do I request a return bag?. Thanks

Staff can send you one, @LNickelsTalk.

 

Just make sure that your address details in your community profile are correct. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; in Personal Information add your Talktalk phone number or account number. Further down that area, find Private Notes and put your home address in there. SAVE CHANGES.
