Today I received a letter from utility warehouse stating that I have been transferred from talktalk over to them as they provide my broadband .I haven't received anything to say this .I don't know if I'm in a contract .my landline is stating disconnected.next payment of £37 to be paid on last working day of month .previous to this talk talk billed me £3.83 for Feb bill what's going on?

@Sonyawx63 please note that your account was migrated to Utility Warehouse you can use the contact details below to speak with the customer services team for assistance. Your February bill was amended because you were being migrated to Utility Warehouse.

You may have missed notification from Talktalk but some customers are definitely being migrated to Utility Warehouse, @Sonyawx63.

However, if the notification emails went to Spam, you may have missed the information, as these auto delete after a time.

TalkTalk have transferred a number of customers over to UW in recent months, you should have been notified. If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
