You shouldn't try to join Everymail except via a link sent to you by Talktalk, and if you have already left, @HelpNeeded3.
Check that any emails are genuinely from Talktalk.
The other scenario is as a former Mailplus user, in which case you will have been transferred over by Talktalk already.
