I closed my account last month, just after paying a bill for this month. I am owed a credit of £20+. but my account has been closed online, and neither my email address nor physical address are registered on the system, so I can't contact anyone about this. What do I do?

I have moved this to the Billing section for you. You should still have access to My Account even after leaving. The support team here can check what's going on for you, but bear in mind that they won't be back online now until Monday.
