I have been trying to pay my bill online, I get to the "Confirmation of the amount, But can't click to the next page to set card payment. So I can not pay my bill, and there isn't a phone number anymore, or virtual chat. so what am I to do?

Call 0345 172 0040, it is a fully automated service. All you need are your home phone number or account number and payment card details.

@tonka2426 Please use the alternative payment methods provided to avoid missing payment, as this will result in you incurring late payment fee.

Use the bank transfer option I gave you above, @tonka2426.
There are many alternative ways to pay listed in the links I gave you before.
If you had trouble using the phone option, Talktalk will expect you to try other methods. Just not paying can affect your credit rating.

I phoned both numbers.
I am not phoning again. I am tired of all this. I will wait for Talk Talk to contact me when payment is missed.

@tonka2426 You can also use the bank transfer option provided by @Gliwmaeden2 . My colleague provided you with 2numbers, the first one is an automated line that you can use to make payment, the second one is our voice team, it will put you through an agent after the BOT.

Was that the number ending ...40 or the number ending ...88?
There was also the option of doing a bank transfer, @tonka2426, in the links given in your other thread, but it may take 7 days to show in My Account.
Please confirm which number you used.
It would be simpler altogether if you set up a Direct Debit. If you ever leave Talktalk, those same banking details are used when you claim back any refunds due from My Account. It really is the least stressful method overall.

no, I try phoning, I get a message from a bot on whatsapp suggesting ways to pay, I ask to talk to a human, and it asks me a load more questions, sends me more of the same information on whatsapp, and ends the call, I still haven't made payment, and I am getting real tired I can not speak to a human being over the phone to make a payment like I used to be able to if there was a problem with paying online, which is the situation now. It says it is made it easier so you can pay and have more control over your account. No it hasn't, if anything it's made it more of a problem, I either pay my bill over the phone today and talk to a human being, or I find a new service provider.

Please start your own thread if you wish to discuss this further. Sorting out the root problem is not relevant to finding a solution for @tonka2426's immediate issues, which simply require a workaround to ensure that this month's bill is paid on time.

If the issue has existed intermittently since June last this year, during which time you have raised it many times, it seems that the information is not reaching the right person(s), it is being ignored, or it is seen has less important than other issues.
It's not working at the moment so now would be a good time for it to be investigated, and therefore it would be a good idea to raise the issue once more.

It's a known problem that I have reported many times via forum management, @nameunknown_.
Talktalk is well aware of the issue.
It is intermittent, which makes it harder to pin down a root cause.
It's not connected with the recent update to the website as it's been occurring since at least June this year.

The helpful information that I previously provided here about the issue with 'Make a payment' in MyAccount has been dismissed as not relevant for immediate needs, and subsequently ignored. As it serves no purpose here, it has gone.

Hi there @tonka2426 please pay using the 24-hour automated payment line 0345 1720 040. Alternatively you can call our customer services champions on the number 03451720088 they operate during these hours Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed.
