I have complained on numerous occasions regarding above. I can access all other info of my account except billing, which just gets ‘oops something is wrong technical problem’ when trying to view bills. Live chat and telephone complaints result in being informed that there is a software problem that is being handled, be patient. I have been but this has been going on for many months and not resolved! Any help available?

I have also tried to pull up your bill on my end and I am getting the same error "Oops, it looks like there is a technical problem
" and I can see that this issue was first escalated on the in June and again in July and the status reflects closed, however you are advising the issue is still not resolved.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, I will need to escalate this higher up and it should be resolved within 24 hours however the issue may take up to 28 calendar days and they will be notified by email once complete.
