Unable to access my bills on My Account

Although one of your advisers and I spent about an hour in 2024 trying absolutely everything, it was to no avail. I'm still unable to access bill statements on My Account.  You can do it at your end but at mine it's just the eternally spinning loading circle. I read here that I'm far from being the only customer enduring this significant problem. Please escalate asap. Thank you.

It's not TalkTalk blocking its the blocker for some reason

 

Anyway, pleased yo have been of help and you are now able to get your bills.

This is a message to all of you for being so helpful.  Thank you very much.

 

I've finally found that ad-blockers  are blocking me from my bills!  So far it's unclear which one(s) as right now I don't have the time to log in repeatedly, refreshing the page each time. Thought it more important to let you know I'm hot on the case.

 

I should add that I've found no problem accessing other websites in their entirety regardless of adblockers so why is TalkTalk blocking access to customers' bills particularly? 

 

Also, this Forum was hard to find and access. And where on earth do I confirm the 'best solution'?! 

 

Thank you once again to all of you who responded regarding this frustrating puzzle.

Windows 11 pro

Chrome

Ad blocking DNS and TT DNS and got in both times

The most common cause of not being able to access is the use of pop up or ad blockers.

 

If you use these try disabling them for the TalkTalk domain.

 

Have you tried an alternative browser? I know its a faff just to use one browser for accessing one site, but try a fresh one (I use Opera) and don't enable any extensions.

 

Does that work?

 

So that staff can look into or you, what is your chosen browser of choice?

Have you tried resetting this back to "factory settings"? If not this might be worth a try and if you can then access, add your extensions back one at a time and retest after adding each. This might help identify which extension is casing the issue, if any.

 

Also, which operating system are you using, as a recent issue was caused by a customer using an unsupported version of Windows?

 

Let us know how you get on please and any other steps or things you have tried to get this working.

You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
