All today I've been getting an error message when trying to log onto my account..
Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again
When I enter my details it says checking bill, checking account and then just fails...
I've cleared cache and browsing history, I can log onto the community obviously but not my account.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
Is there s bigger issue with others or just me?

Now working as it should.
I didnt do anything so not sure what was going on.

NEVER had an issue using my phone to log onto my account but will try on a laptop when I can.

There's nothing up about a general outage.
If you can't get into My Account, try a different browser, remove ad blockers and allow pop ups.
If there's a problem with your individual account, @msm1089, you'll need to post a new topic, as staff only reply to the original poster.
@Raj LCFC, staff are away over the Bank Holiday.

Same issue. I’ve tried using Safari and Chrome. Also tried the password less login, but both email and mobile routes dump me back to login page with that error message. While searching for solutions I saw this issue has been around for years.
