My email account appears to be blocked and I am unable to send emails.  Can you help.  Message states Sender is Blocked.

It was blocked and was unblocked at my request on Friday. Your mail should be working normally now.

thank you.  There has been A LOT of spam coming into the mailbox so that could have caused an issue.  Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks again.

 

On another note, when I first noticed the issue the mailbox had been completely emptied (not a thing in the inbox, sent items, drafts etc).  Everything was gone!

I've asked my colleague to check for permanent blocks on the mailbox. I'll post back once I know more.

Hi 191143#, the first thing to do while I await a response from my colleague. Is to reset the mailbox password for a new never before used one. Once that's done if mail still doesn't send please let me know.
