Since the last email upgrade, I am unable to log into email or my account on my phone. I can log into email on my laptop, but not my account . On my account , when trying to log in, i get "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts. Please reset you password to unblock it." Then when trying to rest password , I get "Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again."
This has been like this for 2 days!

Hi there dougaldo, please try to clear cache and browser history then afterwards try again. Thanks
