Forgotten password for Onetel.com email – need help regaining access

Hi TalkTalk Support,

I’m trying to regain access to my old Onetel.com email account, but I’ve forgotten the password and can no longer log in.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe I had a recovery email or phone number set up, so I wasn’t able to use the password reset tool.

Could you please advise on how I can reset the password or verify my identity to recover access?
Here are the details I can provide:

• Email address : *removed for security*

• Approximate date the account was created: end of 1990 beginning of 2000

Hi there I can confirm that if you have My Account, you can manage and reset your email password from within My Account.
