Hello again. I first reported "server error 554 on 06/01/2025 . All my systems are working correctly EXCEPT I cannot send e-mails.
I have repeatedly contacted you detailing the problem and my account details and been assured that the problem (at your end) is being looked into and rectification of the problem will be carried out swiftly..........But nothing seems to have happened, so I think i will have to suspend payments to yourselves until the service that I am paying for is available.
Legally you are in breach of contract in that you are unable to provide the service that both parties entered into............yes providing internet but have withdrawn the availability to send e-mails.
I await your comments nd feedback.
