Hi I am on fiber 65 with landline at the moment, also out of contract, some time ago I was offered Fibre 500 VoiP ... I would now like to take up the offer .. however this upgrade is not offered via the my account portal, also I use the ethernet connections on my router for Hive and a wired network. It is on clear what router is supplied ... my current router is the original WI Fi hub without the RJ11 connector thanks

@ferguson Hi just a follow-up, I contacted the retention team as you suggested they were very helpfull I have up graded to fiber 500 VoIp the router that is now supplied is the WI FI Hub 3, hopefully it will be better for me than the eero. They offered me a good discount too !

Full Fibre 500 includes an eero router, so the only drawback from what you describe is connecting multiple devices by ethernet. That can be easily surmounted by using a simple switch to increase the number of of ports available.
On the ordering point itself, you are best speaking to customer services directly especially if you are out of contract. Try the loyalty team on 0345 172 5157 after 9:00am tomorrow.
