Are we being scammed by associates of Talktalk.
31.1.19 placed an order via USwitch via link
31.1.19 received email from TalkTalk order not completed, so link reached them, did link again.
1.2.19 Contacted TalkTalk to make sure order OK, they said problems with computer and they said they would complete with me over phone. Long job. Confirmed £50 voucher OK.
The worry is TalkTalk initiated the second half of this process.
Still awaiting £50, last comment was did not go through USwitch, but it did because TalkTalk emailed me above on 31.1.19.
TalkTalk were very eager to do that long phone process.
Based upon the information in your post, I'm afraid that you wont be eligible for vouchers, as the second order will not have been tracked as going through Uswitch,
My only suggestion is to follow our complaints process to dispute this.
