Unable to Acess My Account"

On each occasion for the past 18 months I have been unable to access "My Account" . In inserting my user name and password  it simple says" Due to technical difficulties cannot  log you in  try later".  I have been on the chat lines to TT, telephoned and been told they will look into it and get back or is receiving attention and they never get back apart form an email  to confirm my complaint. A  very poor service from Talk Talk whom I have been with for many years.

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
