How is this service charged?

My mobile service is with Smarty. My broadband and landline calls are with TalkTalk.

All calls are listed and charged according to your package with your smartphone provider. 

 

You should see a list of itemised calls with your billing from Smarty, @Giraffe.

 

Not with Talktalk.
