No WIFI Calling on Samsung Galaxy S22 5G

Hello. I'm currently facing a problem 've got no WIFI calling on my Samsung Galaxy S22 5G. Its all turned on , on my Phone. However when I go to my dads I get WIFI Calling straight away. He's with BT Broadband. Please could someone address this and fix the problem. Thanks.

Please use the below steps to try and connect.

 

  1. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi
  2. From the home screen, select Phone
  3. Select the Menu icon
  4. Select Settings
  5. Scroll down to the Wi-Fi Calling switch

Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is set to On. To switch off Wi-Fi Calling, set the toggle to Off.

Yes. I've currently reapted that stel so many times. Nothing has changed.

Thank you for this. Have you restarted your router with this currently affecting? 

 

If not, kindly restart it in this way: 

  1. Switch your router on, if it isn't already
  2. Locate the reset pinhole button. This is usually on the back or side of your router
  3. Gently push a pin, a straightened paperclip or another appropriate item into the hole until you feel a click. Hold it for 30 seconds
  4. Any lights on the front of the router should turn off and come back on again
  5. Once your router has fully booted and any lights are on, you can reconnect your devices to your Wi-Fi.

Nope, everything else is great!. Just WIFI Calling. Was working perfectly before but now I don't get anything.

Pleasure. Just a minor question @Jacobwebb1994. Apart from Wi-Fi calling, are you experiencing any problems with your internet connection, like dropped connections or slow speeds?
