Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Wormseye.

 

Add your Talktalk landline number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings.  SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Moving this to the billing section for you, where it will be in the queue for attention from staff.
