I have been a TalkTalk customer for over 30 years and my loyalty is pretty much used up!
So...after 3 months of trying I finally get to move onto Full Fibre 65 with VOIP after numerous tries and am told on 28 May that I have to go onto a variable contract, but can call Talk Talk a month after I have gone over to Full Fibre (16 June) and will be put on to a £28 a month contract with no increase for 2 years. I think it odd that I have to wait a month but on the basis of this agree. Yesterday I accordingly ring TalkTalk only to be told they have no record of this. I point out that I wouldn't be ringing to ask for this unless I had been told to! The Agent tells me he will call me back today and we agree he will call me back at 1630. Predictably I sit and wait by the phone from 1600 until 1815...no call back (the third time in the last 3 months this has happened-company policy?)
I feel like I have been mis-sold a contract on the promise that I would be switched over to a fixed one. Can anyone help me get onto the contract I was promised?
